What is the Refund/Return & Exchange policy
At Bipolar Ent., we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accept clothing items for exchange within 3 days after the product arrives. After this time, we regretfully cannot accept returns.
All items returned must be unworn. There will be no exceptions. Proof of unused item is required before any returns are accepted.

How Do I Return an Item?
If you decide to return an item for an exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Send us an email to notify us about your return. 2. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. 3. Await our confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your returned item, which will include the new shipping status.
My Item Has Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
We understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating. Despite our utmost care in packaging and delivery, rare instances of damage in transit may occur. If your item does arrive damaged, please let us know by sending us a message via our contact page. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
